 MAILBOX

 The HOA is not responsible for mailbox keys, we suggest you visit the New Tampa post office for a mailbox key replacement.  Please drop off a copy of the new key (label with your unit number) in the drop box outside the office (right side facing the main door).

To replace door locks, owner should contact a local locksmith for replacement.

 The dumpster is for normal trash. DO NOT leave furniture, bedding, appliance or large items as they are not considered trash. You must make arrangements with Republic Waste at 813-265-0292 for pickups and removal.

Do not throw garbage up and over so that it hits and stays on the sides or on top of the dumpster. The dumpster has 1 opening through the chute.  The top of the dumper is closed, when residents throw trash bags over it ends up all over the place and brings into play certain health issues.  Rat feces and maggots are the result. So PLEASE be careful when putting trash into the dumpster so that we can keep our neighborhood clean.
