Would you like to be a Tenant or buyer?   Easy, just follow these steps:

1.) Go to https://www.tenantev.com/

2.) Create an account

3.) Applicants will need to use the code 9309 in order to start the process

4.) Application Fee $150,  for rush service please contact tenant evaluation.

New tenants: Prior to the move-in day, the new tenant (or property manager) must drop off a money order or check for $500 deposit payable to The Villas Condos. 

     If the office is close, please place the check or money order in the drop-off box, on the right side when facing the office door. The deposit will be refunded after the tenant moves-out 

   and no damages to common areas have been caused by the tenant

Buyers: Based on the Rules and Regulations of the community, owners are not allowed to lease the unit for the first 6 months after closing day
