RULES & REGULATIONS
POOL RULES
- no more than 2 guests per condominium allowed at a time and residents must be with guest at all times
- no running, diving, horseplay, abusive language or misconduct will not be tolerated
- all pool users must use bathing suits. No cut-offs, shorts, etc., allowed
- radios, tape-players, etc., will be turned to a volume not to be offensive to those in the immediate area
- baby carriages, strollers and wheelchairs must be placed in a sitting area away from the pool area and carefully monitored by the owner
- bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, toys, etc., are not allowed in the pool area
- NO GLASS IS PERMITTED AT THE POOL AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON
- no one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted in the pool area
- NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA
- no one permitted in pool area in non-daylight hours
- dogs and other pets prohibited in pool area except service animals
- children shall not use pool without adult supervision
- management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to life and property
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. All persons using pool will do so at their own risk
